Does JPMorgan entertain counter offers ?
I have an offer of 18.5 lpa including bonus.
At the time of HR discussion, I was under the impression that this will be 18.5 fixed + bonus
I already have 19.5 fixed CTC offer from Emids and Indegene is ready to pay 23 lpa including joining Bonus.
I am keen to join JP morgan but I want to negotiate the offered CTC.
During HR discussion, HR said they'll not entertain any counter offers later on

Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express
Hi fishes! My spouse is planning to go to India but we would need to get her visa stamped before coming back. I see that getting appointment is such a huge problem right now. Can we get her visa stamped from a different country? In this case, we were considering Qatar, she grew up there and has her brother there. For what it’s worth she qualifies for Dropbox in India. Hey, do you have the invitation already, because that’s the hardest part of all, between 491 and 190, 190 is better in all aspects. With 190 you can almost live anywhere in Australia. And It’s a sure shot PR right from the point you get that visa approved. But for 491 you should live in regional Australia for 3 years straight and almost earn a certain amount wage per year. Only after that you apply for a different visa called 191 visa, which if all the requirements are met correctly will get the visa without any issues. It’s a PR, same like 190. But it’s a long process and getting jobs in the regional is a challenge by itself. Even if you get 491 invitation, after you apply the grant takes a minimum of 1.5 years to 2.5 years from what I have seen recently.
