Hi everyone! I received a job offer from VML as a W2 freelancer in media. Anyone have any experience at VML as a w2 freelancer?

I’m currently at a different holding company agency full time. Not sure if I should take the job offer from VML.

The offered pay is better than my current role but not entirely sure if it makes up for the lack of benefits as a freelancer. Though the offered role is a bit higher on the totem pole.

If anyone has had a similar experience it would be great to hear. TIA

I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.
My last working day is on this Friday and will have to join other company on Monday if dnt received offer from PwC. Please guide me.
