I recently interviewed at Oracle for an IC3 role. After two technical rounds, the HR team asked me to apply for another position at the IC2 level and submitted my profile for it. They have also requested my latest compensation details and the last three months’ payslips.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? What does this typically indicate?

Does anyone else balk a little bit when applying for jobs and the recruiter or job description mentions a lot of blog writing and other content like that?

I studied, earned certs, and worked hard to get to where I am. Is it bc of my gender and age? In all honesty, I’ve written recommendations that male counterparts voiced in the past that had ZERO pushbacks.
