I hold a Masters degree in Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology and have 2.5 experience in India in Actuarial and Finance industry. I believe that I am unpaid compared to the market average. Could anyone please help me find out what the actual market average is?

Recently hired Patent Agent and wanted to know if I am being fairly compensated and utilized.
