I’m a MBA graduate class of 22. I attended on of the top 10 FT MBAs and I found a job at a start up in Paris, France for what I believe to be a very low salary. What salaries do you guys witness post MBA in France?
For the record I used to work in sales already before and had a higher salary (different industry though) yet I am starting to feel like if I want to make my MBA worth my investment I should leave France… i’d appreciate it if you could shed some light on my situation 😅

I’ve heard salaries have gone up quite a bit in the midst of the pandemic and I’m wondering if this is true for EAs as well. There’s a myriad of data online about EA salaries depending on age/experience but I’m interested in salaries from jobs accepted in 2020/2021 specifically!

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research. I’ve been with the company 8.5 years & am the only one in my role, which they can’t operate without. Hi, where or what types of companies should sophomores & juniors apply for next summer (2022) to recruit for IB the following summer (2023)? This summer BBs wrapped up SA IB recruitment, EBs even earlier, and a fair amount of my friends missed out big time.

Also, if a sophomore or junior doesn’t get a finance-related summer internship (I.e tech) and aims for an IB SA or FT position, is it harder to break in?

Anyone mind sharing their salary before and after completing an MBA? I understand every case is unique. Just trying to see what the ROI is in the short term.

Have worked in both banking and consulting, but still looking for a combination of things:
1. Something that’s less quantitative / producing and checking numbers constantly
2. Managerial and people-focused - not just an IC role
3. Ideally remote with some kind of international flavor

I am graduating with my MBA in December. I have 1 year experience as an internal business consultant, 3 years experience as a team manager with project management responsibilities and a background in Account Management and Sales prior to all that. I have been on the job hunt for months and haven’t been able to snag a single interview. I’m starting to feel pretty worthless.
