I am leaving retail pharmacy after 15 years. I am opening a 403b pharmacy for a FQHC. I don't believe that retail pharmacy will be able to sustain itself with patient costs skyrocketing. I’m trying to pivot to PM after >3 years in finance and I have a 2nd round interview with CPO this week. Company has 3.7 on Glassdoor with complaints about CEO, “bro-y” culture, and hard to wfh. It’s a data analytics company with 5 PMs, was bought by a PE firm this year, and has a new (female) CEO as of Oct. Role is 50/50 hybrid, pays well vs what I make, and most importantly would be a foot in the door to PM. Is this a good place to be for PM? What else do I need to find out to know for sure?

Have worked in web dev domain for the last 2.3 years with the last 1.5 years in React/Fullstack tech stack. Worked at 3 companies since 2019 till now, all with less than 20 overall people in each company (small companies). Want to switch to a big company with more people and diverse teams. Was advised to switch to data domain for long-term growth and progress. Please advise if choosing data engineering is a wise choice.
