Hi everyone, I’m currently working at PwC in the Assurance department as a Senior Analyst and have been with the firm for the past 1 year. In total, I have 4 years of experience in consulting.

I now have two offers on the table, both offering the same package:

EY GDS – Staff 3 position in Assurance
JLL – Business Analyst position.
I’m torn between continuing in assurance at EY GDS or pivoting to a business analyst role with JLL. Which one should i choose?

My team oversees internal comms and we’re in the process of signing on BananaTag.

Any fishies out there that can share what level of reporting + KPIs you’re providing leadership?

We plan to use it for exec comms and department-level leadership (HR, IT, etc.).

We’ve historically done mass communication through Outlook, so this will be our first time getting insight into staff e-mail + Teams performance.

What was the hardest class year for you? I used to think first year was by far the hardest but now I’m a third year and I’m really feeling the pressure to step up. I work in finance and at this point I’m expected to handle closing documents, manage first years, draft some portions of major docs, etc. I feel like I’m always frazzled, constantly second guessing if I handled something correctly and anxious to answer calls from clients/OC. The worst part is I think people can tell I’m a mess....
