1) Your work experience is all over the place. Activity planning to nursing assistant to pricing coordinator to operations manager to quality associate. I cannot tell what is your area of expertise.
2) Staying at each position/company for a year and job hopping is a big red flag to hiring managers. You aren’t in a role long enough to have robust achievements and accomplishments.
A typical entry level position requires 2-3 years of experience in a specific functional area. The learning curve takes place usually within the first year when embarking on a completely new role/function/industry.
Employers want someone who has applicable skills and has demonstrated that they can stick with something.
