I’ve been job searching for 6 months with a few interviews along the way, but lately, there’s been little to no response. I’m reaching out to ask if anyone has advice on shifting strategies or improving my chances.

I have 5+ years of experience in communications and am exploring roles in both non-profit and corporate sectors. For those currently working—how’s the market looking? I’d really appreciate any insights or suggestions.

Toronto banks: remote or not? They sometimes post jobs where it doesn’t say it’s remote, but no branch/ location/address either. Then you get an interview and they tell you it’s remote/hybrid(1-2-3days, take your pick)/on-site. So, if you work at TD, Scotia, RBC, could you let everybody know in the comments what’s the deal for each? Are you remote, on-site, hybrid of some sort?

I work for a tech company that pays 100k tc plus 50,000 stock options. I have great work life balance, work 4 days per week on a 32 hour schedule plus it’s remote. Lately, I’ve been feeling like the compensation is on the lower end and just wanted to see if it’s in line with industry standards
