Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

I’m trying to decide which one to go with. Hybrid is tempting because of flexibility, but I’m also considering career growth, work culture, and long-term stability.

Is Hybrid culture of Deloitte ends in near future?
Was it there before covide also and will be there in future ?

How is the culture and WLB of Qualys. Also, what's the pay scale of a SRE. YOE is 2 years.

Here’s a hypothetical:

A company has 2 candidates, aged 25-30, equal in every respect save one’s a man the other’s a woman. Maybe the woman is a slightly better candidate overall. They’d have equal comp.

Company considers the woman a riskier bet due to possibility she’ll take maternity leave — and considers the man less risky for his ineligibility to take as much leave. 🤷

22 years old and currently focused on using my left over income to invest and pay off my debt. I am set to pay off my college loans by next year and, when I do, I want to look into investing into real estate.
