I have totally 7.5 YOE from which 5 have been in Product design and previously I was a graphic designer although I don’t talk too much about that. My package is 50LPA and I quit my job. I thought I’d find another one easily but it seems like my salary is out of most companies budgets. I’ve worked with startups and have no fancy degree. Can any designers with similar salaries and YOE let me know their game plan while switching?

Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?
