I recently completed my final face-to-face interview with a Global Sr. Manager for Associate position which is entry level like 2-5years of experience. The interview went really well and the process leading up to it was quite fast. For those who have been through the process recently, how many days does HR usually take to get back with feedback or the final offer after the final round?

They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). Things have been super stressful at work lately for a variety of reasons & a couple of weeks ago I decided to raise the issues with my Creative Director.
For context, he’s the reason for a lot of these problems and I (tactfully, I think) said as much. He listened to me patiently but took no responsibility and deflected blame with every issue raised.
