My manager nominated me for promotion in the June 2026 cycle, but I was not promoted, while another team member received the promotion. I received a 3% base pay hike and a 3% one-time payout.

Could anyone clarify:

• Will I still be considered for the December 2026 promotion cycle?
• Can a manager re-nominate an employee in the same year?
• If promoted in December, would I receive both a promotion and salary hike?
