Hi Everyone, need some career advice. Total experience- 3.9 yrs.
I have joined walmart global tech 9 months ago from cognizant(after 3 years) as DATA ENGINEER 3.
My CTC in CTS was 6 LPA and in WALMART it is 19LPA where BASE = 13 Lacs and rest is bonus + RSU.

But I came to know that I have been lowballed by walmart and current salary range for product based companies is very high.

Can anyone guide me how much I can quote to HR while applying for product based companies.

My goal with law school was big law. I graduated top 30% at a T50, are my chances at Big Law done?

I have mid-size firm offers, but it appears that significant big law hiring is done.

Living in a HCOL area, with 10 yrs Meteorology experience and another 10 years scientific experience.

1st yr at a nyc v50 firm doing general transactional work. I know the lateral market for transactional lawyers is hot but not as hot for juniors. I just want a change of scenery because my current firm is bleeding good associates / not giving great training imo / and just seems small. Would lateralling this early feasible? Hi fishes, I have 2 offers-
Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. My preference is to join in where I can grow and get a good learning for future career growth. Also, work life balance should be good in the organization.
Please help me with making a clear decision. And i have 8+ YOE.
