CCTC :- 18 ( fixed ) + 3.5 ( variable) + 4.5 (RSU).
RSU Vesting is quarterly within 3 years.
I have variable due in my current company which i will be losing completely since my joining in next organisation is earlier to variable cut off date. Also, there are talks in my organisation that the current RSU will be made to 9.5 from next cycle ( march ) . I am from 2 years in current organisation.

I got offer from XYZ company, but my current company ABC had a call with me and had me stay in the current company. They offered me same offer which XYZ offered. But they officially didn't give any offer letter but they said you will get revised salary in march month. But I didn't receive revised salary. I just have mail confirmation regarding retention offer. Again I spoke to concerned person this month, they said, central team is processing still, in April'22 u will receive revised salary.
