KPMG - 12LPA Fixed.
Accenture - 12LPA Fixed + 21% Variable pay.

KPMG needs relocation, But project & hike wise I think KPMG is better than Accenture. pls drop in your wisdom on which one is better?
(Also planning to use Accenture offer to counter in KPMG soon)

I have an offer with Citi, initially it was hybrid model and looks like they are moving back to wfo.. they told only now and I dont have any other offer in hand. due to personal constraints I need wfh or some flexibility types, but they seem a bit rigid as its not in their policy..
Is it good to join and then try pushing them for wfh.. or search for another offer..? 16 yoe, PM...

I’ve been a licensed general lines (2-20) insurance agent for year and a half and have sold around 2M in premium, of which most of it is personal lines (homeowners, DP), and some commercial lines business. I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. However, I have seen poor reviews for working at TCS and I’d like to get some feedback from anyone currently or had previously worked for that company. Need help building an electric schedule for a production schedule with a Gantt chart style view (sort of)

Currently have an excel list with resource (production line), start date and time, and then also the name of the item being produced.

Any ideas how to tackle this??

I’m thinking a stacked bar chart with the vertical categories to be my resources and horizontal the date/time and then each individual bar to be the name of the item being produced.
