Start drinking at 330 so you have more time to recover.

Yes. Just do it. Streets are empty at 530 am when I run. No mask needed 😎

Alternate an alcoholic drink with a glass of water to stay hydrated throughout the night. You’ll wake up feeling better.
Gonna end up with an Irish alarm clock doing that

Just get up and go while half asleep. There’s really no other way to do it. Even after a few drinks, go sweat it out. Sometimes I work out better if I had a couple of glasses of wine the night before, I’m guessing because of the carbs and sugar.

Not to sound snarky - How much are you drinking that you’re hungover 7 hours later ?
I’m up at 5 am almost every morning to workout and regularly have a glass of wine or two with dinner the night before. 1 or 2, not a bottle if I’m running the next morning. And yes, you need to hydrate if you’re running, more so in the summer

Drink less the day before a run. Or eat edibles instead. That's what I do and I can wake up early and get after it.

I make cold brew coffee. I wake up, walk downstairs, eat a biscuit (what you thanks would call a cookie), and pound the cold coffee. Then I run 5K. Repeat daily forever.

^^^^ cold brew is my pre workout for all forms of exercise
Half adderall when you get up cures the hangover but it's more a once in a while thing, don't do it consistently
Drink in the morning after your run
Vodka sodas as your drink, before you go to bed take in b vitamins and electrolytes, maybe even a multivitamin

My personal review is positive. Don’t know what to tell ya.

I stopped drinking a few weeks ago and now I’m up at 5am full of energy every morning feeling great. It’s worth it. I’ve also lost weight, feel more clear headed, focused, and positive.

Drink a bottle of water and pop a multivitamin before bed. Unless you got hammered you won’t feel like you had anything to drink.
I’ve used morning workouts as a way to either keep me in check with drinking the night before or as a bit of a punishment when I’ve been out too late at work events. Granted work events aren’t really a thing right now. Either way, working out the morning after drinking has allowed me to be more productive the next day and not be hungover/sluggish all morning.
Just take an edible, relaxed and no hangover

Yes do a line a coke before you run.

Thanks all! I’m sluggish, not hungover... but drinking the night before is not helping. I’ll try some of these tips!
Also drink water before bed, dehydration leads to the sluggish morning feeling
