I don't know what is happening inside infosys, i have done 2 interviews one virtual and next face to face and done digiverifier background verification also.There was no progress after that for around 45-50 days, Now one Hr started collected my experience and salary slips and another Hr called me and informed like the current position which i am selected has been closed now and I need to do the interview process again and that shared the invite again. What is this .

I’m a new CSM (9 months) and I work at a company that doesn’t invest much in its CSM team. I’ve been struggling because as time goes on I feel more and more like a token hire. We have no play book/structure, no CSM tool and I’m current organizing all 95 of my clients on spreadsheets while also handling presales trials with a salary under 50k.

Anyone joined top social clubs (i.e. Zero Bond, Norwood, Metropolitan)? Why were you accepted in & did it meet your expectations?

Someone on LinkedIn expressed disappointment about the lack of diversity from the big law firms in TX that were posting pics of their summer associates. A managing partner commented that he thought the post might be about a pic he posted (12/14 SAs were white). He tried to defend this by saying that they had LGBT and socioeconomic diversity. The fact that he recognized that his pic might be part of the problem says it all. Law firms need to do better. Sorry, I just wanted to rant.
