YOE: 4

I’m holding following offers:-
Tcs:13.5 including variable+ 2 Lakh JB
Capgemini: 18 LPA fixed+ 1 Lakh JB
Monsterindia: 20LPA Fixed
Teksystems: 18LPA Fixed
Embibe: 18 Lpa fixed and 1.8Lakh variable

I’m tending towards Deloitte India because of brand name and big 4 culture.

PwC India - Manager position. SAP. Any comments?

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.

Have you been in a similar situation? Is it awkard? How to handle it after joining?

PS: If you are wondering, I do not have a Big 4 or consulting experience while they have it.

I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.

Also what do you think of this behavior by GPM?
