I have been getting help for my most recent bout with severe depression for weeks but this time things are extremely different. Nothing feels better. I don’t want to go back to work because I feel no better. It’s so bad that for the past few I’ve had dreams of my own demise, and it’s not all that bad (still better than waking up). I’m not going to hurt myself but this is creating more stress than I really need. Any ideas? Siemens stress should be declared a health hazard.
Starting at a company that doesn’t have a 401k match for the first year you work..should I just put that money towards a down payment?

Here’s an out of the box question: How do you get out of the insurance industry? I’ve heard that the longer you stay in, the harder it is to get out. Are there any other industries I can transition to?

I’ve been working in a corporate office doing administrative tasks at a private practice for about 2 years. I’ve got my bachelor’s degree in allied health and 4 years experience working as an EMT. I’m 25 years old and I’m concerned that I’m not being paid what I’m worth. Should I go back to school? How can I leverage my degree best? I’m currently making about 36k per year. Currently live in Austin, TX.
Im on pace to settle between $8-10M this year ($2.7-3M in fees) as pre-lit personal injury attorney, 10 years out, 1 year into new firm, Base $90k, 3% commission, I should clear $175k-$180k this year with benefits and 4% matching IRA, we have 55 employees at the firm, is it unreasonable to be wanting to clear $200k a year? $225k a reach? Don’t want to be unreasonable having only been here a year?
Hey everyone, I’m wanting to transition to tech from healthcare. I have 5 years experience, working front office (clinic scheduling, admin etc), currently back office (referrals, prior authorizations) , I have basic medical billing/coding knowledge & also provider credentialing experience. Any recommendations for tech roles that could be a fit with my background? I do NOT want to be in customer service or call center type role if at all possible though.

Hi my 🦈🐡🐳🐬
This query is about filing IT return. So just to give an example, I earned around 3 lakhs by means of proof reading & academic writing services
However, this income is not there in my 26AS Form.
So do I need to still declare this under "Other income" while filing ITR?
And if I dont then can the IT Dept catch me by any means?
If needed, I can touch base with anyone who has good knowledge about this Income tax related stuff.
Thanks in advance 🙂
