Here things will remain balanced mostly and there's no need to fear . Not all companies do layoff at the same time. You may end up getting a 100% hike too. A company has shared the letter of intent with me and told they'll send me the offer letter in 3 days. It's been a week and they haven't sent me the offer letter yet. Is it possible that companies may put us on hold even after sharing the letter of intent? Or is this normal?
