Can someone please help me how shift allowance works?
Does it depend on the project? Or on the timings during which we end up working?
If we are to work in the 2nd shft..but we end up working till early in the morning..at that point, what allowance are we eligible to claim?
(I remember one time we got communication asking us not to claim allowance on the days we worked in the general shift, by that logic, when we work late into the night, shouldn't we be able to claim 3rd shift?)

My work gives us points/money for achieving certain activities such as exercising for 180 mins per week. I have my Apple Watch automatically sync with the app that tracks our activities and it works great. Problem is I started using NRC (Nike run Club) app for runs and it interferes with the Workout app on my Apple Watch and it doesn’t get tracked. Has anyone recently done a HR interview at UBS?
