Hello Fishes,
I need a suggestion.
Does Manual Testing profile getting salaries above 17LPA.
With 6.8 YOE I have resigned recently on 13.68lpa and 1.25JB offer.
But not getting any calls and if I get any no response from them.
Is there any manual tester with 7-8 yoe switched recently please help me with this?

Risky but with potential upside. It’s an issue that people are reluctant to talk about, so it’s more prevalent than it may seem, and you might get a surprisingly sympathetic reception. On the other hand, you might work for people who view it as a crutch, excuse, or failing. You know your coworkers best. But overall it is something that should be talked about more, and more openly.
If you are teaching a breaking point, like you feel that you might have to quit, it is definitely worth bringing up to talk about first. Don’t suffer in silence and then take unilateral action.

I share it bc I want my team to understand how important wellness is to me. I encourage mental health days where necessary and try to remind myself even that we do not live to work. We work to live and find enjoyment.
I personally told one of the PPMDs that I worked with before. Not necessarily because I was close with them to begin with - we only worked on one project together. But I felt like I could trust them based on how they treat the team and I guess me. I asked to meet up and since they were busy it took a month to meet. But I said I wanted to ask for help in person and I don't think they saw that coming - that I needed support starting medication (already had therapy going). They have been more than supportive. Checking in often, meeting in person sometimes, letting me talk with them when I'm in downward spiral. And I am very grateful that they keep reminding me that there's hope for me and that I will get better. And having that one person who can guide me through big 4 madness and support me when I need help.. have been I think one of the best decisions I have made in building my safety net. So if you think you want to and/or need to, I think it might be helpful. Hope they are the right people as it was for me. Good luck - you got this.
I shared my ongoing struggles with my manager at the time a few years ago. I was close to her and let her know as a friend - not as her team member. If you’re comfortable doing so and think it’ll make things better I say go for it - keep your chin up and trust that things will get better! Nothing wrong with therapy and medications - both saved my life a few years back
I would if you’re worried about your performance or want to share that you’re feeling off. I told my manager because I was a mess and couldn’t keep it together
