I am still on the process of getting my work permit and I am very clear about this during the interviews, but I suspect that this is the reason why I am not getting any call back. Hi Fishes, I am Azure Data Engineer with YoE 3.8 years. Currently I m in the last month of notice period with offers around 10.5 - 11.5 fixed (which I didn't much negotiate). Looking at the market boom I am confused what should I do now. Just wait and give more interviews? And what should be my expectations?
