Hi fishes. Has anyone observed that their PMR (Compa ratio) increased from last year even when their salary remained the same (last hike: 0 due to PMR >1).

Does that mean there are even lesser chances of getting a hike this time as well because PMR has increased even further?

Example: 6B midpoint has decreased by 59k (as shown below) from last year leading to an increase in PMR.

Need help on how to invest. We are positioned to pay off our house later this year. Expect to work for another ~20 years. 401k fully funded and have some company stock investments maturing over the next few years, but no investments outside of that. Kids have a prepaid college plan for certain schools. Emergency fund is solid. Where should I look to start investing? I have fidelity for my 401k, would they be good to open a taxable investment account with, or are there better options?
