Currently working in EY India as a Consultant in the Cybersecurity practice. Holding an offer from Deloitte India (20.3 CTC) of a Deputy Manager in the IT and Specialized Assurance domain.
They are trying to retain stating they would provide retention Bonus in September. Also they would promote to Senior Consultant and match my fixed component in April 2023.
Any suggestions? Really confused.

I sent a mail to Deloitte HR regarding counter offer this Monday. Haven't heard back from her, I've been doing follow ups. What should I do?

Bit worried that they will revoke the offer. Deloitte is my first preference. Also want other orgs to let know.
