Currently working in EY India as a Consultant in the Cybersecurity practice. Holding an offer from Deloitte India (20.3 CTC) of a Deputy Manager in the IT and Specialized Assurance domain.
They are trying to retain stating they would provide retention Bonus in September. Also they would promote to Senior Consultant and match my fixed component in April 2023.
Any suggestions? Really confused.

I am expecting an offer from Master Card for Senior Software Engineer position in O Fallon MO. Please let me know what kind of base salary I can expect with 11 yrs experience . I don’t wanna undersell but also trying to avoid being aggressive but quote a decent number which will be achievable. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Is 125k $ base a fair value for or I can pitch higher? They have a 15 to 20 % bonus on top of base pay and a 10% match on 401k which the recruiter keep highlighting.

Once you get into a FAANG company, is it better to stay where you are or move around? I’m a dissatisfied with my current job but I have vesting stocks, work 9-5, and people to know and respect me. I am the sole provider for my family and value quality of life and stability. I have some interview requests from other FAANG companies that I know pay more but I worry about starting over. Anyone switch companies and either regret it or are glad they did?

Switching team internally competing with external candidates. was asking a promotion for next grade midpoint but was ok to accept >=50% hike which i told hiring manager before the process start itself which he said will consider if I'm the one selected.

Attended 5 rounds-- 1 coding, 2 technical, 1 managerial, 1 hr. Now after 2 months telling me I'm the selected one, but offering me just 20% hike and same grade
