I am working as DS in a Consulting firm. My total yrs of exp is 3.5. In current company I have spent 2.5 yrs. After recent appraisal my sal is around 17LPA. How can I touch 25LPA by next year?
A. Should I stay for another year here and take 10% hike (min) then switch immediately with 40-50% hike?
B. Or should I switch now and look for 20+LPA and then stay there?
Do DS with 4 yr exp get 25LPA in consulting firms?

I attended interview in hexaware on sep 24th and cleared all rounds I got a mail from HR to send documents on 29th sep after that no mail no calls.. it has been month.. usually how long hexaware take to release offer
