I am currently serving notice period in Accenture. My base salary currently is 5.93 LPA. I recently got one offer from HSBC which is worth 13.34 LPA fixed pay. I got total 2.7 years of experience and all the experience is in Web Development (Reactjs/Nextjs) and somewhat in Springboot. I want to know if the offer I got from HSBC is fair or I am being undervalued ? And the ctc offered contain base salary, flex pay, pf, gratuity, does this pf already consist of employer contribution?
