I am getting a C2 manager position, CTC 25 lakhs, YOE 8.8 years, SAP ABAP profile in Capgemini, wanted to ask how much can a 1st year C2 gets normally, based on that I can renegotiate.

So got my 1st hike in current company.
I am not sure whether i should be happy or not.

Hi! I started at a new company 2 months ago and while I’m really enjoying my job so far, I’m having a hard time gauging whether or not I’m doing a “good job.” My role seems to be always evolving, which is fine and I actually enjoy being a support to the greater marketing team, but I feel like I need better defined targets to make sure I’m meeting expectations. A) going back to Italy at a lower salary with less growth opps but better personal life or
B) Switching my job here and hold on
