I am mainly working with shops in the States as a non-native speaker and I am constantly worried about my ability to communicate (in any professional occasion but mostly in meetings). I am working with some of the best shops and this makes the situation worse considering that I am largely surrounded by an extremely competent group of folks that are super good at any form of communication. How do you feel as a native speaker when you meet non-natives? Should they be worried, or, they doing ok?

I have two Azure certifications (Azure fundamental and Azure Administrator) but I haven’t had any luck with entry level positions. Every position is requiring a year or more of experience. 90 Days notice period is big roadblock. Dont know why dont Indian IT ministry take look into it. Companies implemented this policy in 2008 recession and then never took it back. In abroad countries employee can even give company 8-15 days NP. But as we all know we live in typical third world country with zero employeement Laws so here only mla minsters can switch partys without NP.
