Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. Out of personal experience ,I can see that during compensation discussion HR person tries to convince a women candidate for a lesser package . Now this could also be the case where it is much easier to convince women to take up the job for lesser salary.
