I gave interview for senior systems Engineer role today at Infosys. I have cleared the interview so any idea how much Infosys offers for this role?

Tech - SAP ABAP
Current CTC - 4 LPA

The station I work at is down at least 15 positions. Some jobs have been open for two years.

The remaining staff is required to step up.

Additional positions are opening up as contracts are either broken or expire.

How are people able to keep their mental health up when their station isn’t hiring people they need and refuse to pay living wages to potential prospects or promote those remaining?

As per offer letter it's mentioned in probation notice period is of 30 days.
