I got a offer from Accenture with CTC 30 LPA.
My current CTC is 24 LPA. Should I join Accenture or stay in EY? How is the hike in Accenture? I am an SDET with 9 YOE.

I love how "staff training" is the solution to every quality issue that arises. Doesn't seem to work very well
