I had my first technical round with Mindtree yesterday. They called today congratulating me for clearing 1st round, also informed that my panel had suggested to conduct one more round of technical interview with Sr. panel this time to reevaluate my technical skills it seems. The recruiter also mentioned that usually they don't conduct such re-evaluation rounds.

I have almost answered 90% of the interview questions correctly. Any idea why this additional round is happening for me?😐

My Current CTC is 18.5 LPA. YoE 12yrs.
How much CTC can I ask during an HR interview for a BIGDATA engineer in UST global. What should be the expected CTC per current standard. Can you please let me know based on your experience in negotiating.

I am an Operations Manager and trying to switch to Product Management through APM roles. I have done a 3 month fellowship and 2 projects.
I am from a tier 1 college and yet able to land only a couple of interviews and they keep me on stand by(2 companies so far). They are prefering folks with experience even for APM positions. What is the best way to bag a APM role with just one year work ex in pperations role. Will an internship help?

I had interviewed for Cognizant and I was asked to submit my documents for offer letter release. This happened on the same day as my interview(Friday 6th May). I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?

Would love some insight on how you went from an HR assistant/coordinator to an HR Generalist. I’ve been in the HR world for 8 years, and only in the last 2-3 have I really done real HR work. The first company I was at didn’t have a solid HR team so I don’t really count that. I feel like I’m ready to take on more responsibility and learn more. And of course make more money.

I have an offer from MindTree. DoJ was 21 Sep but was not getting relieving from current company. Hence requested to give a revised DoJ (1month extension). Does the offer/salary also need to be revised. My current company is offering me a retention hike thats not close to MindTree offer. However, there are no documents and they will revise it internally in the system. How can I prove this to MindTree?
