Recently in December I had joined new company as release Engineer, where my working hours is not fixed timing, Now, I got an offer from ticketmaster as senior Engineer 1 for devops role with 10% hike. Position is remote though. How is ticketmaster in respect to wlb and company wise? Is it ok to switch?

I think I bombed a case interview with Chartis for an associate consultant position. The case was in excel and required me to manipulate the data via share screen with the interviewer. I couldn’t get some functions to work and was struggling to go through the 16 page PDF of data. I had several answers correct but needed to walk through the remaining questions with some guidance. My other 3 case interviews went well and I had great conversation with the partner for behavioral interview. Thoughts?
