I researched the target retirement fund and all of them have financial institutions so I don't want to invest in target date funds. I am not sure which funds I can invest in ? Can I ask fidelity for an alternative based on my beliefs? If so, what should I request ? Any IBMer here any insight on what options we have for 401K in Fidelity? JazakAllah Khair.

I’ve accepted an offer from a firm. Had to revise my joining date and the HR sent an email confirmation for the revised doj. I received an onboarding portal link from another HR, on their portal it’s mentioned my joining is in January which is even earlier than the joining date I received before on my OL which I got revised later on. The HR isn’t even reachable, they don’t reply to mails or pick calls. Don’t know what to do.

I've got an offer from Oracle Financial Services Software (OFSS). They are offering 20 LPA fixed.
Currently CTC = 14 LPA (Fixed + Variable)

Should I make the move or wait for a year to bag a better offer (maybe 25+)?
The HR said I'm getting 20 cause of less YOE

I just got an offer from Morgan Stanley. The offer is indeed handsome and provides other benefits as well. The problem is I just relocated to Pune for my wife's work, we have set up our house here and now if I accept offer I again have to relocate to Bangalore because they aren't offering WFH. What should I do? I know Morgan Stanley is a very reputed firm and might make an enormous impact in my technical growth, but is it worth taking the pain of relocation again?? I am confused.
