Hi Fishes,

I have 4.5 years of experience and I have two offers in hand for java Support engineer role. One is CGI which is offering 14.5lpa as fixed and 5% share(3%l+performance bonus(2%) which is overall 15.2 lpa. Other one is Capgemini and its 15.2 fixed pay.
Looking for some suggestions which one to join. Thnak you in advance for any suggestions.

Current CTC - 5 6 LAC

My question is how many days does it takes to release offer letter ?
Is the salary offered good or should I try for more negotiation ?
