My fiancé’s family has a vacation planned at the end of June in Florida (small beach town about 45 mins from PCB). We’d be flying from California if we decide to attend. His family doesn’t seem concerned (ugh whole other story) and the “rules” in Florida are relatively relaxed now (restaurants open etc). A quick question guys: In a service based organisation the resources i,e engineers are billed for 8/9 hours a day so why do I see lot of service based org engineers complaining about extra hours? Are they not getting paid for those extra hours? What is the issue here! If those extra hours are not getting billed why do employers make their employees work those extra hours?
