Hi Fishes, I need your all guys guidance on a scenario I am stuck in. I really needed a switch and therefore interviewed at KPMG. Assessment done, Round 1 gone well and after that they don't reply anything. When contacted to the HR, she says she left the organization. Now I have mailed the lady who took my round 1 interview. But she is not replying. Due to HR leaving her job, my opportunity is wasted. What should I do now, please guide. KPMG KPMG India

Companies will book for your spouse, if sponsored by them. Else, you book on your own. There's no concept of they book and you pay
Nopes they don't for a short onsite travel. You have to bear their expenses.
Usually no, I have seen in instances of long term travel, spouse' visa and accommodation expenses are provided by the organization.
No spouse expense are never involved.. Just imagine yourself in place of company, would you be interested in bearing the excessive cost?
My query was related to if they allow your spouse to travel with you not about the expenses , that is obvious that company will not pay for spouse
OK in that condition, you have to manage everything for your dependent , I mean visa, its approval and cost, accommodation, ticket cost, medical and insurance etc even company won't take any responsibility. If you are fine for it then just inform company that you would be traveling with your family members and their stay period. Company will throw some no responsibilities clauses as said above..

Don't worry. They too humans, they will consider your situation and atleast allow you to have your spouse while traveling, so that you can concentrate on work rather than thinking about your kid and family.
