Has anyone ever posted a general marketing position? We have an open position on our marketing team but we are unsure what type of position to offer. My YoE is 2 y 1 mo. Worked on Firmware Dev and Linux Device Driver Dev. Have good knowledge on OS Internals.
I've attended 2 TRs at Qualcomm and then HR called to say that I'm qualified and sent me a set of HR questions over mail to answer. I'm not sure how much CTC should I expect. My current CTC is 3.3 + 0.3 LPA.
Please note that I only did polytechnic/diploma and currently pursuing BCA online. Does not having a BTech lead me to lower CTC?
