TCS is offering 16 lpa fixed +2 lakh variables and NEC is offering 19 lpa fixed with 1 lakh joining bonus. I have 6 YoE.

I got offer from Deloitte for around 14.5 (fixed + variable) for 4 years of experience in SAP.

I am an associate at a UMM and my employment contract has a 4 month non compete (yes, even for associates) but I am thinking of lateraling. What are the implications of breaking a non compete?
