Proposed portfolio: 5% Bitcoin, 20% Indiv stocks, 75% etfs

Stocks: square, cloudflare, Microsoft, lemonade, nio, labcorp, lemonade
ETFs: qqqj, vxus, icln, voo

Qs: should I further diversify? Use put options? Use a robo advisor? Lump sum vs over 6 months? Wait until 2021 to invest?

I’d do both ARKK and ARKG, both very different. VOO might be better for you than VTI

You want to look into growth stocks since you are 24. When everyone is focusing on the large cap growth stocks, there are gains to be had in small cap growth stocks.

Huge btc short position in market right now, I expect a lot of liquidity issues to come to light soon. Bitcoin should end up below 30k and stay there as new resistance soon. You all doubt my previous posts but all these bumps to 37-39k are fake bounces from retail buying the dip. Defi is gonna unravel. Do you honestly believe the 10-40% defi interest rates were risk free. It’s all paid by stablecoin printing backed by the assumption that crypto prices would keep appreciating

8400 take-home after maxing tax advantages accounts. I found a new construction home for $2780 monthly payment if I put 3.5% down. Monthly payment includes taxes, insurance, PMI, and HOA. I’m looking for assistance on building your own portfolio in my traditional 401K. I’ve been reading that it’s important to choose funds with low expense ratios. Also, that it is recommended to have at least one US stock, international stock , and bond. I am 24yo so ideally, I’d want to allocate 90%-100% to stocks and 0%-10% to the bond. Any other things I should be looking at?

I think living a frugal life and aiming to retire early makes a lot of sense.

Recently, some of my family members are diagnosed with a rare diseases. When you look at the statistics, these are so many of these ‘rare’ conditions and cumulatively they are not rare.

These family members conditions made me reevaluate how I want to spend my life. I am 35 this year and I can’t decide if I should take great vacations with my kids or keep living a frugal life. Do you have the same dilemma?

Hello everyone, I'm trying to get into real estate investing. Some of the books I've read have talked about buying a multi unit property and utilizing investors to get the necessary capital. Does anyone have experience in getting investors? How do you identify investors who may be interested? Are there any sites where you can invest in or post investment opportunities?
Thank you in advance.

I’m 25 and have found a duplex I’m considering purchasing as a rental property. Planning on renting both units and have the cash to make the down payment without an issue. My question is, is it realistic for a 25 year old young professional to handle dealing with all the extra curricular’s that come with owning a rental property ?
