I have an offer from Wipro for the role of AWS Data Engineer.

I just wanted to know, if is it safe to join Wipro considering the current market situation and the recently introduced 45-day bench policy of Wipro.

Also, I have been told in the managerial round that I might have to physically attend some training/KT outside of my joining location. Is there a possibility in such case that, they might ask me to relocate permanently?

what is the pay range for role - manager 1 assurance at pwc sdc kolkata?i have 6.5 yoe and joined at 21lpa + 10% vp, four months back. managers from other big 4 start around 28lpa. does sdc kolkata pay m1 this much only or have they underpaid me? i am considering dropping paper and looking out again.

I have cleared interview with Wipro and while uploading the documents i uploade document but they mentioned LOA & education certificate are incorrect so i re-uploaded them but again they mentioned LOA is incorrect.. so i connected with the person who sent me the link to upload the doc but no help from her.. i tried to open the link today (17th March) evening but the link was not opening... what will be the next step.. how can i upload it again.. Also I have sent mail to join early but she is not responding for mails even hr(scheduled interviews) is not responding for calls

One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.

I have got an addendum letter from Wipro today stating that my date of Joining has been extended by 45 days. My joining was in mid August. I have 2 options to Accept or Reject the addendum.
Can i reject the addendum, how will it impact if I reject it ?

My wife is worried about her job. She works as a vendor to wipro.her manager told her to send resume and docs to upload, they will transition her from vendor to wipro payroll. Her parent company is asking her to tell wipro not interested.she wants to get converted to wipro permanent payroll. Is there any NOC required from vendor?pls comment
