Hi fishes, I have around 7yrs of work experience as a .Net full stack developer. I have recently given interview for Deloitte for the Senior Consultant on 31st Aug(last Saturday). There were 2 technical rounds and finally a Managerial round on the same day.. 2nd Sept(this monday), I got the Versant Proctured test and I have given that as well. Can anyone please tell me,normally how much time it takes after the Versant test for the HR discussion and the offer letter.

How long does it take post the technical interview rounds to hear back from the recruiter?

I have been giving a few interviews lately and every Company is asking me to confirm if i can get my NP reduced from 90 Days to 45 or 60 Days. I'm still under probation but assigned to a Project already. Should I ask my Account Manager and HR about it or its unethical to do so. Am i making a mistake to ask and confirm about NP even before my offer letter or its ok to just enquire what's the process and possibility to reduce NP as we have buyout option too.

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
