Hi fishes, I have around 7yrs of work experience as a .Net full stack developer. I have recently given interview for Deloitte, Hyderabad for the Senior Consultant on 31st Aug(last Saturday). There were 2 technical rounds and finally a Managerial round on the same day.. 2nd Sept(this monday), I got the Versant Proctured test and I have given that as well. Can anyone please tell me,normally how much time it takes after the Versant assessment for the HR discussion and the offer letter.

I have received an offer from a company and I'm in the second stage of interviews with another company. I am very interested to see if I could make it through for the second company. So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa.
