It would be like working for zerman client from india consultancy company or they are planning for extension in India. If that is the case tentatively by when can they onboard you in their org.
More important how good is pay check if you are working with Indian company probably Indian company may not be big brand name here, so atleast paycheck should be good. Not in current market scenario but otherwise it may not be good to be as offroll employee but at end pay check matters most.
One more thing European clients are generally good to work with.

Are they providing visa sponsorship? Also, leave your current job only after receiving joining letter. Third party companies are not to be trusted easily.
