I have been offered consultant role by EY. HR in verbal communication told me about the salary structure as Fixed + Variable % + Joining Bonus .
The offer letter mentions the Fixed and Joining Bonus but doesn't say anything about the Variable Portion. Is this okay or do I need to talk to HR about this?

I ask questions and the ACNO said that I asked great questions. They said that they had other interviews to do as well but said the next step is to bring me in for an on-site interview (I live 1,000 miles away) and that the recruiter would be reaching out. Plus my current financial situation is stressful and I accepted the offer on certain conditions but now hr or the firm but saying we can't committ you. Any suggestions.
