Hi fishes. I have cleared all my technical rounds at JPMorgan Chase . During the HR round, I have asked for 11-12 LPA as the fixed pay while the HR is only offering 9.5. I know its very less. I have 3.1 YOE and my previous CTC was 4.2 LPA. Any idea how much JPMorgan Chase offers? I have been selected as a Python Developer. Kindly help please
