Then I have followed up and they told me I'll receive my Offer letter in next 1week and then after few days they are telling me that I am not fit for their requirement and got rejected.
Now tell me guys is it right? Is there any meaning of these kind of things?? Can I take any step against it?

KPMG has only mentioned the fixed part of salary in the offer letter. Somehow the recruiter said the % variable part wouldn’t be mentioned in it. While on call she said the variable can go upto as high as 20% of fixed but usually above 10% for an average rating. So would it be right for me to say the CTC is Fixed + 20% fixed without being explicitly said in the offer letter?
