I have got an offer from ACN strategy with 29 L fixed and 3L as JB wef from Feb 22 for Management Consultant..My Partner has reached out to retain me and has offered around 25L Fixed wef Jan 22 (my current CTC is around 21L) and have promised Manager in upcoming cycle with the fixed CTC as 31-33L and performance bonus as 5L both by Oct 2022.Please suggest should I Stay back in EY or move out to ACN?

I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. I’m looking to move around the company so that I can make commission but I don’t want to be an account manager. Can anyone tell me if there are Customer Success Managers, etc positions that manage customers post sale and have a similar range base as me with commission plans? I’m just trying to understand income potential.

Is it difficult landing an in-house position as only a second year corporate associate in big law? I know some people who went in-house straight out of law school and some who had no transactional background but went in-house after just a year of practice. Not having that same luck on my end.
