I have joined infosys stp campus and am getting interviews for some demands and in that i recieved one call telling about healthcare project and it has a lot of technologies included. Like mysql PGsql and python. He told that there will be extra work but you will get to learn more could you suggest if i can take the project and i am having 3 yoe in oracle SQL

Is finding a Generalist position for more than 50k but with me having less than 7 years of HR experience reasonable? Is a generalist position the best next step to get more experience? I have a masters in HR and my SHRM-CP certification. Any advice on upward moving in the industry is welcomed. Thanks in advanced

Hello folks, My ctc is current at 6.2lpa and I would like to cut down my taxes. Any suggestions on where to invest for tax savings? Also is FD a best plan for investment with lock in period od 4 yrs for tax saving bills?

For rent paid below 1 lakh there is no need to submit landlord's PAN. I have calculated based on my HRA and if I show rent paid as around 96k my tax refund will be around 13k.

However there is no rent agreement or rent receipts.

Will it be a problem later on if I show this in my ITR?

Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? Got an offer for SE III at a large tech company. Product I'd be working on interests me and I think I could grow more than in my current role.

Currently I make 180k base and have ISO/RSUs @ startup (60k/yr worth on paper, but won't be worth anything for a few years, if at all).

The offer is:
Base: $166,500
Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

Additionally there's a yearly target RSU bonus about equal to the cash bonus. Thoughts? 4.5 YOE
